			<content:encoded><![CDATA[	<p>The Goma Student Fund is an international collaboration between educators in the United States and Democratic Republic of Congo to provide quality educational opportunities for Congolese children. </p>
	<p><a href='/wp-content/girl1_02.jpg' title='' ><img width="170" height="120" src='/wp-content/thumb-girl1_02.jpg' alt='' class='rightphoto' /></a>Tens of thousands of children in Congo have been orphaned by violence and disease.  Unfortunately, most of these children lack the opportunity to improve their situation by attending school leaving 70% of students in North Eastern Congo out of school.</p>
	<p>GSF builds schools and partners with existing institutions to open new doors for children in need.  Hundreds of children are already benefiting from an education they would otherwise not be able to afford.  </p>
